<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-v29uk2v7DMM/VgIGEAJIzwI/AAAAAAAACuU/WIiq-s9azHk/s1600/11999823_10204697002533902_2307606239481112839_o.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-v29uk2v7DMM/VgIGEAJIzwI/AAAAAAAACuU/WIiq-s9azHk/s320/11999823_10204697002533902_2307606239481112839_o.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
I became a mama to this handsome boy, Jackson! He is my heart and soul... not to mention he also takes up about 95% of my time.<br />
<br />
But the trees are starting to change color, the nights are getting colder and lets be honest, who doesn't want to bake during the Fall? So in honor of tomorrow being the first day of Fall, here is a great recipe and twist on a couple of my favorites, banana and pumpkin bread. (I'm all about killing two birds with one stone!)<br />
<br />
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><b>Ingredients:</b>• 3 cups flour<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />• 2 teaspoon baking soda<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />• 2 teaspoon salt<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />• 2 teaspoon cinnamon<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />• 1 teaspoon nutmeg<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />• 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />• 2 tablespoon unsalted softened butter<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />• 2 cups light brown sugar<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />• 1 can pumpkin puree<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />• 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />• 2 egg<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />• 2 teaspoon vanilla<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />• 3 bananas</span></div>
<div style="color: #111111; font-family: 'Century Gothic', 'Apple Gothic', Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10px; padding: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
<b>Step One:</b></div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">

<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
<b>Step Two:</b></div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
Combine all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and set aside. NOTE: DO NOT include brown sugar as a dry ingredient.</div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
<b>Step Three:</b></div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
Finely mash bananas</div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
<b>Step Four:</b></div>

In a mixing bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, pumpkin, eggs, vanilla and mashed bananas. </div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
<b>Step Five:</b></div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients while mixing. </div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">
**If you are wanting to add nuts, chocolate chips and/or berries, do so at this time. Fold into mix.**</div>
<div style="color: #111111; padding: 0px;">

I have been looking for new soups or stews that would fit my on the go lifestyle. I stumbled upon this recipe on Pinterest and knew it would be worth a shot!<br />
<br />
Prep time is about 30-45 mins and cook time can be done in your slow cooker while you are at work. I made mine on my day off so I could test out the time limits and found that 4 1/2 hours on high will fully cook your stew or 7 1/2 - 8 hours on low.<br />
<br />
This would be plenty of soup for a family of 4-5 OR in our case, dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow! WINNING!!<br />
<br />
Lastly, ingredients for this soup are relatively cost effective and I do suggest checking your local farmers market first! The total cost for this soup was $17($3.50 a serving) and I still have carrots and celery left for snacking!<br />
<br />
Cozy up and ENJOY!<br />

Do you love scotcharoos? Do you love desserts?<br />
Ok. Good.<br />
<br />
I started making this recipe the other night and ran out of peanut butter when it came time to top my patties and I said, the heck with it, these babies are delicious even without chocolate! Crazy, I know!<br />
I will however give you the instructions to make the chocolate topping!<br />
<br />
My only disclaimer is to make sure you have patience when it comes to this recipe because the main step takes a few mins of waiting around, stirring, waiting around, stirring... well you get the point!<br />
<br />
Most of the ingredients I had at home but if you don't bake a lot, these are easy to find at a grocery store because many times the isle are right next to each other! :)<br />

In a small pan combine and melt corn syrup and sugar. Make sure to stir occasionally and remove promptly once it comes to a boil.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-b4doIHXNYFQ/U1nvevtijDI/AAAAAAAACdM/PGQfnyZs-sc/s1600/PP1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-b4doIHXNYFQ/U1nvevtijDI/AAAAAAAACdM/PGQfnyZs-sc/s1600/PP1.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<br />
<b>Topping:</b><br />
In a microwave safe bowl, combine 1/2 peanut butter, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and vanilla. Place into the microwave and stir every 10 seconds to avoid burning the chocolate!<br />

Lots of that has been done not only with love but beside my love! It's been fun baking with and for Craig. His number one request for Fall.... PUMPKIN BREAD!!<br />
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
He doesn't enjoy all the icing or cream cheese on everything pumpkin so I searched out and found a great pumpkin bread recipe that doesn't need the sweet stuff to make it fantastic! </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
This recipe makes a TON OF BREAD!! It would be perfect for Fall gifts, wrapped up and delivered. OR in my case, we just froze the loafs we didn't need right away! It will make 3 average size loafs but if you don't have 3 loaf pans, I had one small loaf pan and one large (deep) one that I used. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I hope you are all enjoying the change of colors and the start of Fall! ENJOY!</div>

I am trying to get motivated to start cooking/baking again. Working 50hrs a week and living in a beautiful state, I tend to spend my days off in the mountains or trying to find new restaurants! :)<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I am a major sucker for Italian food.... well maybe I should just say pasta and needed a dish that would be quick, easy and not overly expensive! I have tried two other baked spaghetti recipes and both of them failed, miserably! PROUD TO SAY.... this one was a success!!</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The key to a good Baked Spaghetti is keeping your noodles soft and moist, not hard and dry. A wise guy told me that the more soft cheese you use the better because it won't dry out your noodles. He was right!</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
So here you have it, a great family recipe or just a great dish for leftovers the next day! Have fun and bon appiete! </div>

Look no further. Still all the same goodness as the cake but in bite size. There is one thing that makes the cupcakes better, you are guaranteed pineapple in every bite!<br />
<br />
If I changed anything from the recipe I would try to make them with liners. It was a huge mess to clean up!! Also, the recipe called for one can of pineapple so you will notice some of mine only have one slice..buy TWO cans! :)<br />
<br />
Have fun and enjoy!!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Ak-UEPCSlM8/UPYQ8-cfXKI/AAAAAAAACBQ/zISEyTylGVc/s1600/2013-01-13+20.43.13.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Ak-UEPCSlM8/UPYQ8-cfXKI/AAAAAAAACBQ/zISEyTylGVc/s320/2013-01-13+20.43.13.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<b><br /></b>
<b>Ingredients:</b><br />
1 box of yellow cake mix<br />
2 18 oz cans of pineapple slices<br />
18 oz of left over pineapple juice<br />
3 eggs<br />
1/2 cup of vegetable oil<br />
1/3 cup of melted butter<br />
2/3 cup of packed brown sugar<br />
marchino cherries<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-qh3knezObBc/UPYRkCDCO7I/AAAAAAAACBY/t8wBxrwGxr4/s1600/2013-01-13+19.44.13.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-qh3knezObBc/UPYRkCDCO7I/AAAAAAAACBY/t8wBxrwGxr4/s320/2013-01-13+19.44.13.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<b>Step One:</b><br />
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cupcake pans with cooking spray or line with cupcake liners. (Note: you will not be able to "flip" the cupcakes if you line them. You will be creating an inside upside down cupcake :) )<br />
Also, cut pineapple slices into 4's and if you are using cherries, cut them in 1/2.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-gOtaTWp5OHQ/UPYSWM6X_SI/AAAAAAAACBg/bN8J5Z_2JB4/s1600/2013-01-13+19.45.31.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="297" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-gOtaTWp5OHQ/UPYSWM6X_SI/AAAAAAAACBg/bN8J5Z_2JB4/s320/2013-01-13+19.45.31.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<b>Step Two:</b><br />
In a large bowl or stand alone mixer; mix together cake mix, eggs, oil and pineapple juice for 30 seconds on low. Beat for 2 minutes on medium.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/--O3lP_wQU1E/UPYS4awsu-I/AAAAAAAACCE/ELw6rnbR63s/s1600/2013-01-13+19.55.32.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/--O3lP_wQU1E/UPYS4awsu-I/AAAAAAAACCE/ELw6rnbR63s/s320/2013-01-13+19.55.32.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<b><br /></b>
<b>Step Three:</b><br />
Melt butter. Combine melted butter and brown sugar together. Pour 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar/butter into the bottom of each cupcake pan. Place two pineapple slices in each cupcake pan and a 1/2 of a cherry.<br />

It combines all things in my food life that I think are wonderful... strawberries, sugar, apples, sugar, kiwi, sugar and pita chips (with sugar!). It is a super simple recipe and looks absolutely beautiful when plated and served.<br />
<br />
It is the best in the summer but when I can find good fruit (out of season) it is a must to make!!<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-mnphBB39vBU/UPOAi4Zgy5I/AAAAAAAACAg/tEN-iGwzhls/s1600/2013-01-13+16.22.36.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-mnphBB39vBU/UPOAi4Zgy5I/AAAAAAAACAg/tEN-iGwzhls/s320/2013-01-13+16.22.36.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<b><br /></b>
<b>Ingredients:</b><br />
Carton of Strawberries<br />
2 Apples<br />
2 Kiwi<br />
2 tablespoons of apply jelly<br />
2 tablespoons of brown sugar<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-8a7Hparl7QY/UPOAhjsAHJI/AAAAAAAACAU/rKo_Wy01Q0I/s1600/2013-01-13+15.42.11.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-8a7Hparl7QY/UPOAhjsAHJI/AAAAAAAACAU/rKo_Wy01Q0I/s320/2013-01-13+15.42.11.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<b><br /></b>
<b>Step One:</b><br />
Cut up all fruit into small pieces. Keep in mind you will be serving this with pita chips so the smaller the fruit chunks, the better.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-_hQzSPhyGyQ/UPOAhZWL_kI/AAAAAAAACAM/GA2eaRW3eFI/s1600/2013-01-13+15.59.27.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-_hQzSPhyGyQ/UPOAhZWL_kI/AAAAAAAACAM/GA2eaRW3eFI/s320/2013-01-13+15.59.27.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>

<b><br /></b>
<b>Step Two:</b><br />
Melt apply jelly in the microwave. Mix with brown sugar.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-N7lswXX-K28/UPOAjhrkrmI/AAAAAAAACAo/gQG0OEKI58c/s1600/2013-01-13+16.19.18.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-N7lswXX-K28/UPOAjhrkrmI/AAAAAAAACAo/gQG0OEKI58c/s320/2013-01-13+16.19.18.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<b><br /></b>
<b>Step Three:</b><br />
Pour jelly/sugar mixture over fruit. Toss together and serve with Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips.<br />

Everyone loves a nice warm breakfast and if you are like me, you need it to be quick too! I saw this recipe on the Today show and knew I had to make it!!<br />
<br />
This was the first time I have every made scones and it was much easier than I thought it would be. I also loved that I can use this recipe for substitutes such as blueberry or plain chocolate chip scones.<br />

This morning I "gutted" my decorative pumpkin just so I could get my hands on some awesome pumpkin seeds!<br />
<br />
I was watching the Today show and they were showing an awesome recipe for a sweet pumpkin seed! If you know me, then you would understand my excitement for a healthy treat with a little unhealthy kick! The seeds are absolutely amazing and they make the house smell wonderful!!<br />
<br />
I washed/rinsed my seeds in the morning and let them dry all day, while I was at work. The actual baking part only took about 15 mins with prep! :)<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<b>ALSO,</b><br />
<b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;">Winston and Malcolm hope you had a fabulous Halloween!! :)</span></b><br />

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"><br /></span></b>
<b>Ingredients:</b><br />
1 1/3 ish cups of dried/clean pumpkin seeds<br />
2 tablespoons of olive oil<br />
1 1/2 tablespoon of sugar<br />
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon<br />
<br />
<b>Step One:</b><br />
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small/medium size mixing bowl, coat pumpkin seeds with olive oil. Add sugar and cinnamon. Stir.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-tu0IPJy7fQQ/UJSoj_MM2MI/AAAAAAAAB8g/sK0e8mA23Sg/s1600/2012-11-02+22.33.04.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-tu0IPJy7fQQ/UJSoj_MM2MI/AAAAAAAAB8g/sK0e8mA23Sg/s320/2012-11-02+22.33.04.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />

<br />
<br />
<b>Step Two:</b><br />
Lay flat on a cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 or until golden brown. (Bottoms will darken faster than the tops of the seeds)<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jpsyAuUrBKc/UJSoob3au9I/AAAAAAAAB8w/6aSkcuofiys/s1600/2012-11-02+22.33.57.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jpsyAuUrBKc/UJSoob3au9I/AAAAAAAAB8w/6aSkcuofiys/s320/2012-11-02+22.33.57.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<b>Step Three:</b><br />
Let cool for about 5 mins and ENJOY!! (Or you can save them and make Chocolate Chip Scones with Toasted Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Seeds)<br />
<br />

This is a rarity so ENJOY it! :)<br />
<br />
I needed something fun and easy to give my employees for Halloween. Instead of the traditional store bought bags, I found these ones on Martha Stewarts website! They are super cute and the finished product makes all the cutting worth it.<br />
<br />
Start to finish: 5 mins per bag<br />

I found this cute recipe on Pinterest. I changed it a little bit but I feel it's for the better. The original recipe calls for some sort of sugar cookie (made from scratch). The only scratch you were getting from me, during this crazy time of year, is to scratch that off my list. I just went to the store and bought peanut butter cookie dough. MUCH BETTER!!<br />
<br />
I made this recipe in steps. I baked the cookies the night before and let them harden over night. If you wanted to do this all in one day, it would probably take you about 45mins (minus the time it takes for the chocolate to harden). The part that took me the longest was trying to get the cookies to look like brooms.<br />
<br />
Overall, it was a super fun and EASY recipe! Plus, it is sure to please everyone because if they don't like peanut butter they will think the cookies are adorable!<br />

<br />
<br />
<b>Ingredients:</b><br />
1 roll of peanut butter cookie dough<br />
1 bag of pretzel rods<br />
2 cups of chocolate chips<br />
2 tsp of canola oil<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/--sZ7PDe7K88/UIq7B37Y8gI/AAAAAAAAB6A/3KVHU1uG6XQ/s1600/2012-10-25+22.00.54.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/--sZ7PDe7K88/UIq7B37Y8gI/AAAAAAAAB6A/3KVHU1uG6XQ/s320/2012-10-25+22.00.54.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<b>Step One:</b><br />
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough into a small ball. Flatten on top of pretzel rod and form into a triangle. (This picture was taken before I started thinking about what a broom looked like!)<br />
<br />

<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-a7QSHqDGY9g/UIq7Q-65vWI/AAAAAAAAB6I/uA3sbHfaNTQ/s1600/2012-10-25+22.05.48.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="235" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-a7QSHqDGY9g/UIq7Q-65vWI/AAAAAAAAB6I/uA3sbHfaNTQ/s320/2012-10-25+22.05.48.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<b>Step Two:</b><br />
Bake for 6-8 mins. or until golden. Transfer to cooling rack and let the cookie completely cool.<br />
***FORGOT TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THIS***<br />
<br />
<b>Step Three:</b><br />
In a small sauce pan, on low heat, add canola oil and chocolate chips. Still continuously until melted.<br />

<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-F1zQVAqsPWk/UIq7j73ymgI/AAAAAAAAB6Q/jHfb3QWXTlg/s1600/2012-10-26+09.16.05.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-F1zQVAqsPWk/UIq7j73ymgI/AAAAAAAAB6Q/jHfb3QWXTlg/s320/2012-10-26+09.16.05.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<b>Step Four:</b><br />
Drizzle chocolate over top of cookie where the cookie and the pretzel rod meet. Let sit for a couple of hours or until chocolate is completely hard.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

This happens to be true when it comes to my obsession with desserts. I have been searching for a basic chocolate chip cookie recipe for awhile now and found a pretty good one in the process.<br />
<br />
Even though the only thing that is simple about this recipe is the cookie itself, the end result is delicious and totally worth it. The recipe is long and makes a ton of batter! However, it is a great cookie for holidays, events or large families! I made about 3 dozen cookies, when all said and done. My employees loved them and so did I, with a cold glass of milk!<br />
<br />
This would be adorable in a cute holiday tin or for Santa's treats!!<br />
<br />
**Recipe recommends the batter to sit for 24 hrs. before being baked.<br />

<br />
We have a local bakery inside our mall and every single day my mouth waters from the aroma that comes out of that store! Vanilla Almond, Chocolate, Carrot..you name it, I smell it! This became my driving inspiration for this recipe. I hadn't made cupcakes in FOREVER and this recipe seemed pretty easy, I had most of the ingredients (BONUS!) and I wanted my house to smell of fresh baked goods.<br />
<br />
The recipe will make 3 dozen cupcakes! Do not make this if you aren't planning on sharing! :)<br />

For those that know me, they know I am not a big drinker. I may have one drink a month, if lucky. However, I am a sucker for a nice fruity sangria on a sunny summer day! :)<br />
<br />
I have been wanting to make a Sangria for awhile now but needed to find one that didn't call for million ingredients and would be quick and easy. I did just that.<br />
<br />
This recipe is a knock off of the White Peach Sangria from Applebee's. I wanted to use an entire bottle of wine so I wouldn't have to store it. The recipe made a huge batch of sangria and would be great for an evening with friends or family. I hope you ENJOY! :)<br />

I also have a HUGE sweet tooth. Put these two together and it is a recipe for AWESOMENESS. :)<br />
<br />
I am always looking for quick and easy recipes. This recipe is a winner in that department. Plus, not to mention, it is fantastic served with a scoop of ice cream. Next time I make it, I am going to switch it up and try cherries. I'm sure any type of fruit will work great with the sauce.<br />
<br />
Side Note: Stay tuned to my next post. I am going to get a little daring and throw a twist of me into it! Food + Fashion = MY.LIFE! :)<br />

HEAVEN!! The aroma from this recipe is to die for. It starts with clean lemon, moves to sweet buttermilk and ends with a mixture of baked blueberry/lemon/Sugar. UGH! (Yankee, get on it. I NEED this as a candle!)<br />
<br />
This recipe is super easy and fairly inexpensive to make. Everything the recipe calls for in bulk, most people will have in their house. It is a great recipe for a large family or a house that eats breakfast all day long, like myself! :)<br />

A couple of years ago I got a crock pot for Christmas and told myself I was going to use it as much as possible. I thought with the crazy life I was living, it would be necessary for me to cook food ahead of time so it was ready to go by the time I got home. WELL... I also found that calling ahead, ordering food online or swinging through the drive through was just as easy! :) WHOOPS!<br />
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Well to my surprise, this recipe took no time to prepare and the cooking time didn't seem long either because I was running errands while it was cooking. The recipe is also a heck of a lot easier than I remember. Making lasagna with my mom always seemed so time consuming! I would say it took about 20-25 mins to prep and 4 hours to bake.<br />
<br />

Don't worry, I have not been lazy. I have not been baking and sitting on my butt. I have actually been traveling, moving and landing MY DREAM JOB (besides wanting to be a professional blogger/baker)!!!<br />
<br />
I've realized that I tend to love a lot of things that start with "F" in my life. These include: family, friends, fashion and food!! My job is fashion and my hobbies are food, family and friends. Sounds pretty dang perfect. Maybe someday I will expand this blog to give you a taste of my fashion life. For now... I suppose, I will stick with food and bake with my cute fashionable aprons!<br />
<br />
Back on track..<br />
<br />
The other day, while I was "pinning", I came across this beautiful recipe and knew I had to make it, SOON. It just so happens to be one of my team leaders birthday's and I asked her what she wanted for a dessert. She replied, "chocolate!!!". I took it a step further and gave her a slice of chocolate heaven! :) From start to finish, this took me about 1 1/2 hours and TOTALLY WORTH IT!! Mouth watering!<br />

<br />
This was a first for me, making pumpkin seeds. I am not a huge fan but I do enjoy them every so often! I had no idea what kind of recipe to look for and just ended up getting lucky, finding a really good one and making myself look like a pro! :)<br />
<br />
This recipe takes less time to prep and cook then it does to clean off the seeds. It is also super easy and a fun little snack.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-yllfjU0KlSs/TsfexgBhGtI/AAAAAAAAA1w/ZcXoDMjseQY/s1600/SpicedPumpkinSeeds.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-yllfjU0KlSs/TsfexgBhGtI/AAAAAAAAA1w/ZcXoDMjseQY/s1600/SpicedPumpkinSeeds.jpg" /></a></div><b>Ingredients:</b><br />
1 1/2 tbls of margarine, melted<br />
1/2 tsp of salt<br />
1/8 tsp of garlic salt<br />
2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce<br />
2 cups of raw pumpkin seeds<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Hl873OmfOW8/TsffY-MazLI/AAAAAAAAA14/_PZu4TgZZRg/s1600/P1020377.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Hl873OmfOW8/TsffY-MazLI/AAAAAAAAA14/_PZu4TgZZRg/s320/P1020377.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><b>Step One:</b><br />
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Mix salt, garlic salt, butter, Worcestershire sauce and pumpkin seeds in a small bowl. Spread out onto a shallow baking dish and bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.<br />
